Fifteen industries. One platform, one ledger.
A pack is not a separate product. Switching one on adds its screens, its AI copilot, its dashboards and its document templates to the books you already keep — 261 screens across the fifteen.

Do packs cost extra?+
Every bundled pack is included from the Basic plan up. They are switched on per company rather than sold separately.
What happens when I turn a pack off?+
Its menus disappear and nothing is deleted. Uninstalling removes only the rows that pack contributed — your transactions stay.
Can I run more than one pack?+
Yes. A distributor with a pharma division runs both; the menus and the AI copilots for each appear together.
How do the packs relate to the 20 business modules?+
The 20 modules — the ledger, inventory, GST and the rest of the horizontal platform — are what every Cloud company runs. A pack sits on top of them and adds trade-specific screens, documents, statutory forms, defaults and workflows; it never forks the ledger. A pharma invoice and a plain invoice post through the same double-entry core, so your books stay one system however many packs are on.
Can two packs conflict with each other?+
No. Each pack contributes its own gated menus, screens and document types over the same books, so there is nothing to collide. Enabling Retail POS does not change what Distribution & Wholesale posts; stock, GST and the ledger stay one system underneath. Because no pack forks the ledger, the Trial Balance reads the same whichever combination of the fifteen is switched on.
If we try a pack and decide against it, what happens to the data we entered?+
Nothing is lost. Switching a pack off hides its menus, and every transaction posted while it was on stays in the ledger and the reports, because packs never fork the books. Switch the pack back on later and its screens reopen over the same data. Only a deliberate uninstall removes the rows the pack itself contributed — and even then your transactions stay.
Why are most packs Cloud-only?+
The fifteen packs are built over the Cloud Suite and its 20 business modules, which run in the browser. The Desktop Suite is the fully offline Windows core — billing, stock, GST and the books — and Pharma & Healthcare is the one pack that also ships there. If your trade needs any of the other fourteen, plan on the Cloud edition; we would rather say that plainly than imply otherwise.
What does the screens count on each card actually measure?+
It is the count of navigation entries the pack adds when it is switched on, taken from the shipped product rather than a brochure. A high count — Pharma & Healthcare at 54 — means dedicated registers, dashboards and documents; a low one — Helpdesk & Ticketing at 5 — means a deliberately focused tool. If a pack were just relabelled invoice screens, this number would give it away.
Is a pack switched on for the whole account or per company?+
Per company. A group that runs a chemist shop and a transport arm as two companies under one subscription enables Pharma & Healthcare in the first and Logistics & Fleet in the second; each team sees only the menus its trade needs. Within a company, roles with per-screen rights narrow it further, so a counter operator and an accountant see different parts of the same pack.
The cards mention AI copilots — do those come with the pack?+
It depends which layer you mean. Deterministic AI — figures and rankings computed by tested engines over your own books — is included in every plan, and much of what the cards describe is exactly that. The conversational layer — Copilot, AI CFO and approval-gated agent actions on a token quota — is Enterprise-only. In both cases nothing posts to your books without approval; the model only writes the words.
