Refund Policy
Last updated: July 2026
LekhaPro subscriptions are sold by Global Synapse Technologies, India, and billed through Razorpay. This page explains how cancellation and refund requests are handled.
Try before you pay
Every plan can be evaluated before you commit — trial availability and duration are shown on the pricing page at the time you sign up. The Desktop edition can also be downloaded and run on your own machine so you can see how it fits your books before subscribing. We would much rather you find out during a trial than ask for a refund afterwards.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time. Contact support@globalsynapsetech.com or use the contact page, and tell us the account email you subscribed with.
Cancelling does not put your books at risk. On the Desktop edition your data is already on your own machine; on the Cloud edition you can export reports, ledgers and registers to PDF and Excel before you go. There is no lock-in.
How to request a refund
Email us with:
- the email address on the account,
- the invoice or payment reference from Razorpay,
- and a short note on what went wrong.
We will reply with what applies to your subscription. Where a refund is approved, it is returned to the original payment method through Razorpay — we cannot refund to a different card or account.
Refund window and eligibility
The period within which a refund may be requested, what qualifies (and what does not), how annual versus monthly plans are treated, and whether refunds are full or pro-rata. No window is published until this is approved — please do not infer one from any other page.
Perpetual and one-time licences
How one-time Desktop licence purchases are treated, separately from recurring subscriptions.
Processing time and charges
How long an approved refund takes to reach your account, and the treatment of payment-gateway fees and taxes.
