What Real Estate does

  • Unit inventory

Towers, floors and units with status, so what is available is a fact rather than a spreadsheet.

  • Instalments and demand

Payment plans generate demand on schedule and collection efficiency shows what actually arrived.

  • Brokers and commission

Commission plans, accrual and payout tracked against the booking that earned them.

Who uses it, and for what

  • Booking desk

Buyer asks what’s left in Tower B

Tower, floor and unit status as a live fact, not a spreadsheet passed around the office

  • Collections team

Instalment due dates crossing this week

Demand generated on schedule and collection efficiency showing what actually arrived against it

  • Sales head

Broker asks where his commission stands

Commission accrual and payout tracked against the booking that earned it

Industries that lean on it

Questions

Does it handle rentals as well as sales?+

Yes — a rental desk with agreements and escalations sits alongside the sales side.

Which edition includes Real Estate?+

Real Estate is in the Cloud Suite only. It is not part of the Desktop Suite, and we mark that plainly on every card and page rather than leaving it to be discovered after purchase. If Real Estate is why you are here, the Cloud Suite is the edition to choose.

What does Real Estate actually include?+

Projects, units, bookings, collections, brokers and rentals. In practice that means unit inventory, instalments and demand and brokers and commission — each of which is a working screen rather than a line on a roadmap. The full breakdown, with what every one of them does, is on this page above.

Does Real Estate work with the rest of LekhaPro, or is it separate?+

It is not a separate product and there is nothing to integrate. Real Estate reads and writes the same database as the ledger, stock and customer master, so a figure it shows is the figure the books hold — not a copy synced overnight, and not a number you have to reconcile against another screen before you trust it.

What else comes with Real Estate?+

Real Estate sits in the Industry group of the catalogue, alongside Pharma, Distribution, Retail Chains, Logistics & Fleet and Construction and 7 more. They are separate applications with their own screens, not modules of each other — but they share one database, so what you enter in any of them is immediately real to the rest.

Does Real Estate work offline?+

Real Estate is a Cloud Suite application, so it needs a connection — it runs in the browser against your tenant rather than a local file. If working with the internet off is a hard requirement for your business, the Desktop edition is the one to look at, and it does not include Real Estate.

Is there AI in Real Estate?+

Not as a feature of this application, and we would rather say so than claim it. The AI surfaces in LekhaPro — Copilot, the CFO, the deterministic insight engines — read the data Real Estate produces, so its records inform them, but Real Estate itself is deliberately a plain, fast, keyboard-first application.

Which businesses is Real Estate for?+

It is built for Real Estate & Developers in particular, and it is not exclusive to them — Real Estate is part of the horizontal suite, so any business on LekhaPro can switch it on. Those trades are named because their industry pages describe how Real Estate is used in that specific line of work.

Can I control who sees Real Estate?+

Yes. Access is by role rather than all-or-nothing, so a billing clerk can reach Real Estate without reaching the books behind it, and an approver can see what needs a decision without editing anything else. On the Cloud edition every change also carries who made it and when.

Does Real Estate cost extra?+

Real Estate is part of the suite, not a paid add-on billed per use. What your plan tier decides is reach and depth — how many devices connect, multi-branch and multi-warehouse reporting, and whether the conversational AI copilots are switched on. The full accounting core is in every plan, including the entry tier.
