Bid with the checklist done and the money accounted for
A tender register with deadline heat, a deterministic eligibility verdict, a BOQ costing desk that quotes to the paise, and an EMD/BG desk that tracks every rupee parked with an authority. Enabled as a cloud marketplace pack.
The register, and a verdict you can defend
A tender register with an authority master and deadline heat, and per tender a compliance checklist, the document trail (NIT and corrigenda) and a clarifications log. The eligibility verdict is deterministic, not a guess: mandatory checklist items that are missing or in progress, and evidence credentials that are inactive or already expired, produce eligible / partially eligible / not eligible with each gap and its reason spelled out — plus a list of evidence expiring in the next 30 days.
Cost the BOQ, quote the rate
The costing engine works per line — material + labour, plus a proportional share of the freight, installation, insurance and other spread pools, plus overhead — then applies margin to reach a quoted unit rate, adds GST and rolls the schedule totals. Spread shares are distributed by largest remainder so the parts sum exactly to the pool, and everything is integer paise. A BOQ analyzer flags duplicates, missing rates, unit mismatches and negative margins before you submit.
Three price levels and an honest win hint
Aggressive, balanced and premium bid levels recost the same schedule at three margins so you can see the trade-off. The win hint next to them is labelled for what it is: your price positioned against the past L1 results you recorded — a median and a percentage position, not a machine-learning prediction. Recorded rival quotes from the competitor database feed the same calculation.
Money parked with an authority
EMD, bank-guarantee margin and security deposits get a proper instrument register: exposure tiles by kind with a grand total, a 30-day expiry strip, and per-row renew (the fresh instrument chained back to the one it replaced), release, or forfeit with a reason that is required and audited. Deposits post to their own recoverable-asset accounts in the ledger — EMD & Tender Deposits, Security Deposits with Authorities — so parked cash is visible on the balance sheet rather than lost in a spreadsheet.
Award to cash
Winning registers a contract with its milestones (indexed into the contract register when that pack is on). Each milestone takes an inline actual-% update and LD/penalty entry, then raises a draft sales invoice through the normal invoice spine — idempotently, with retention withheld server-side. A credential vault holds GST/PAN/MSME papers, certifications, experience and completion certificates and financials with an expiry watch, next to a DSC desk; the proposal builder assembles method-statement, team-profile and scope sections into a single document.

Frequently asked
Does it predict whether we’ll win?
No, and it doesn’t pretend to. The win hint positions your quoted price against the past L1 results you recorded — nothing more. The bid/no-bid score is a deterministic 0–100 composite of the eligibility verdict, your win rate with that authority, the days left to submission and the competitors recorded on that tender, and it lists every driver that moved it.
Where does EMD money show up in the books?
In dedicated recoverable-asset accounts — EMD & Tender Deposits and Security Deposits with Authorities — so paying a deposit debits the asset and credits cash and bank rather than disappearing into an expense head. Release and forfeit are separate, audited actions on the same instrument.
What happens after we win?
The award registers a contract with milestones, and with the contract pack enabled it is indexed into the central register too. Milestones bill through the ordinary sales invoice spine — once, with retention withheld on the server — so tender revenue lands in the same books as everything else.
Is it part of the offline desktop app?
No — it’s a cloud marketplace pack. Enable it and a Tenders group appears with the dashboard, register, bid workspace, proposal builder, EMD desk, contracts, credential vault, competitors and insights. It does not run in the offline desktop edition.
What exactly is included in Tender & Bid Management · Cloud pack?
tender register with authority master & deadline heat, deterministic eligibility verdict with every mandatory gap listed, compliance checklist, NIT/corrigenda trail & clarifications log, credential vault + DSC desk with expiry watch, BOQ costing in integer paise, spreads distributed exactly and BOQ flags: duplicate, missing rate, unit mismatch, negative margin, and 5 more. Every item on that list is a working screen you can open in the trial rather than a capability described in the abstract.
How is tender & bid management · cloud pack handled differently here?
It rests on the register, and a verdict you can defend, cost the BOQ, quote the rate, three price levels and an honest win hint, money parked with an authority and award to cash. The distinction that matters is that these are structural rather than cosmetic — the behaviour is built into how records are posted, not layered on as a report you have to remember to run.
How does Tender & Bid Management · Cloud pack affect my GST?
It feeds it directly rather than sitting alongside it. CGST/SGST and IGST are split from HSN or SAC and place of supply as each document is raised, so whatever tender & bid management · cloud pack produces is already correct when GSTR-1, 3B and 2B reconciliation are drawn off the same books. The return matches the accounts because it was never a separate exercise.
Does Tender & Bid Management · Cloud pack cost extra?
No. Tender & Bid Management · Cloud pack is part of the accounting core rather than a paid add-on, so cost the BOQ, quote the rate is there on the entry tier exactly as it is on the highest one. What the tiers change is reach and depth — devices, multi-branch and multi-warehouse reporting, and whether the conversational AI copilots are switched on.
Can I try Tender & Bid Management · Cloud pack before committing?
Yes — 14 days, no card. Test tender & bid management · cloud pack against your own masters and your own transactions rather than sample data: the questions worth answering here are about your business's edge cases, and a demo dataset is built not to have any.
Is anything in Tender & Bid Management · Cloud pack generated by AI?
None of the figures. Everything the register, and a verdict you can defend produces is computed by tested engines and would be identical with the model switched off — what AI contributes is the sentence around a number and the routing that brings the right one to your attention. Nothing it writes posts to your books without your approval.
