Run a chain, not just a counter
Stores, transfers and a store scorecard over a full till — drawer sessions, split tenders, gift cards and loyalty — plus queue management, planograms, franchise royalties, associate commissions and one A–F grade for the whole network. Enabled as a cloud marketplace pack.
A till that reconciles
The POS terminal runs a drawer session with scan-to-add, split tenders, coupons, loyalty and gift cards, change due and an offline outbox; the totals on screen are a preview from the same engine the server bills with, and the server’s figure always wins. Daily closing counts the drawer by denomination against opening float plus cash tenders less cash refunds — card and UPI money shows in the tender mix but stays out of the cash reconciliation, which is where a phantom short till comes from.
Every store, compared
A store master binds a godown and a branch; inter-store transfers move draft → dispatched → received with stock moving on receipt; a performance tab scores each store against the month’s budget; and the executive dashboard gives the chain one 0–100 score and A–F grade, period-over-period growth, best and worst products and a store ranking.
The shop floor, managed
Queue tokens in priority, express and regular classes with per-counter load balancing, a recommended counter for the next arrival and a wait estimate. Planograms with a worst-fill-first replenishment worklist, weighted shelf audits scored 0–100 and a hot/warm/cold velocity heatmap. Safe and petty-cash funds on a self-auditing ledger, shift handovers with a server-computed variance, opening and closing checklists and a cashier scorecard.
Members, associates and franchisees
Loyalty campaigns, member wallets, reward vouchers, birthday and VIP profiles and referral codes; associate commission rules against monthly targets with draft → approved → paid payouts and a leaderboard; and franchisees paying a basis-points royalty on gross sales, with weighted brand, operational and hygiene audits rolling into a network scorecard.
Know what to buy and what is dying
Reorder rules per product and store drive a most-urgent-first suggestion list, with a statistical safety-stock calculator and a vendor-quote comparator. Inventory intelligence classes every SKU by ABC revenue Pareto and fast/slow/dead movement with a turnover ratio and a physical cycle-count desk — and RFM segmentation, lifetime value, churn risk and market-basket cross-sell run as pure offline scores over your own sales history.

Frequently asked
How is this different from your POS and retail billing pages?
Those are the offline desktop edition for one counter — fast GST billing, barcode entry, a thermal receipt. This is the cloud Retail pack for a chain: stores and transfers, till sessions and drawer reconciliation, queue, planogram, loyalty, franchise and a network-level grade, enabled from Business Add-ons in the browser app.
Do the advanced promotions apply automatically at checkout?
Not yet, and deliberately so. Buy-X-get-Y, combo, mix-and-match and time-gated offers are modelled, simulated over recent baskets and reported with an ROI table, but the till still applies per-line schemes and coupons. Auto-applying basket promotions inside checkout is a recorded next step, not a shipped claim.
Can it send digital receipts or drive ESL and self-checkout hardware?
It logs where a receipt, loyalty, gift-card or promotion message would go and keeps a device registry with heartbeats plus outbound webhook subscriptions — but nothing is actually dispatched and no hardware is driven yet. Both are declared integration seams, so treat them as architecture rather than delivery.
Is there a native app for cashiers and store managers?
No. There is a back-office preview that renders the exact tile and lookup payloads such apps would consume, so the read-models are real, but native mobile apps are not part of this build.
What exactly is included in Retail chain · Cloud pack?
POS terminal — drawer session, split tender, offline outbox, daily closing / Z-report with denomination count and variance, multi-store master, inter-store transfers & budget scorecard, omnichannel orders from POS, online, marketplace, phone & WhatsApp, queue tokens, counter load balancing and wait estimates and planograms, visual merchandising, shelf audits & velocity heatmap, and 7 more. Every item on that list is a working screen you can open in the trial rather than a capability described in the abstract.
How is retail chain · cloud pack handled differently here?
It rests on a till that reconciles, every store, compared, the shop floor, managed, members, associates and franchisees and know what to buy and what is dying. The distinction that matters is that these are structural rather than cosmetic — the behaviour is built into how records are posted, not layered on as a report you have to remember to run.
Does Retail chain · Cloud pack work offline?
On the Desktop edition, yes — completely. POS terminal — drawer session, split tender, offline outbox and daily closing / Z-report with denomination count and variance run against a local database on your own machine, so the screens behave the same with the network unplugged as with it connected. AI and billing are the only two things that reach out. On the Cloud edition retail chain · cloud pack runs in the browser and needs a connection.
Does Retail chain · Cloud pack post to the real books?
Yes, and that is the whole reason it lives in this product rather than beside it. What a till that reconciles records lands in the same posted double-entry ledger the Trial Balance, P&L and GST returns are built from — so there is no second set of retail chain · cloud pack numbers to reconcile against the first.
How does Retail chain · Cloud pack affect my GST?
It feeds it directly rather than sitting alongside it. CGST/SGST and IGST are split from HSN or SAC and place of supply as each document is raised, so whatever retail chain · cloud pack produces is already correct when GSTR-1, 3B and 2B reconciliation are drawn off the same books. The return matches the accounts because it was never a separate exercise.
Does Retail chain · Cloud pack cost extra?
No. Retail chain · Cloud pack is part of the accounting core rather than a paid add-on, so every store, compared is there on the entry tier exactly as it is on the highest one. What the tiers change is reach and depth — devices, multi-branch and multi-warehouse reporting, and whether the conversational AI copilots are switched on.
