What this actually means in practice
Two layers wear the same word, and separating them is the whole story. The lower layer is a set of deterministic engines — a six-dimension health score, a twelve-week cash projection, a revenue-leak scan, customer and churn arithmetic, a scenario simulator, an anomaly sweep. Each is ordinary computation over your posted books: fixed rules, stated weights, the same input giving the same output every time. That layer is in every plan from ₹249 monthly and needs no internet.
The upper layer is a language model, and its job is narrow: take the structured output of the layer below and write it as English. It is handed the grounding and nothing else, told to invent no figures, and where the data is silent it says so. Turn it off and the numbers are unchanged, because an on-device narrator produces the same sections from the same structure. The model phrases; it never calculates.
