Real Estate CRM in Singapore

Project → tower → floor → unit inventory, a booking desk with atomic unit status, and an instalment engine that reconciles to the paise. For a developer in Singaporea regional headquarters and trading hub with GST filed to IRAS.

What applies in Singapore

The real estate CRM runs in Singapore exactly as it does anywhere else — it is browser-based on the Cloud edition and nothing in it is specific to one country's tax code.

What does not travel is the statutory layer. LekhaPro files Indian GST returns; it does not compute, file or e-invoice under Singapore GST (IRAS) and InvoiceNow. Businesses in Singapore run it as an operations system and keep filing where they file today.

Amounts can be recorded in SGD, but note the limit below — LekhaPro ships display formats for INR, USD, EUR, GBP and AED only, so SGD totals currently render with the rupee format.

What a developer in Singapore gets

  • Project → tower/wing → floor → unit inventory on a bulk grid
  • Deterministic per-unit price build-up with price history
  • Booking desk — token → confirmed → refunded, atomic unit status
  • Five payment-plan types and an instalment engine
  • Delay-interest and penalty accrual with an oldest-due-first waterfall

Every capability above is the same one described on the Real Estate CRM feature page — this page adds where it applies, not what it does. Compare the Desktop and Cloud editions, or see pricing.

What it does not do in Singapore

  • No Singapore GST (IRAS) and InvoiceNow support. LekhaPro does not compute, file or e-invoice under it, and there is no roadmap commitment to. Statutory filing in Singapore stays with your existing provider.
  • SGD has no display profile yet. LekhaPro ships INR, USD, EUR, GBP and AED; other currencies are stored but formatted with the rupee profile.
  • This module ends in an invoice, so the boundary above is felt immediately rather than in the background — you will raise documents here and file them elsewhere.
  • No payroll or HRMS. Neither is built, in any market. Staff costs are recorded as ordinary expense vouchers.
  • The native mobile app does not exist. Field screens are responsive web, not an installed app.

Questions from Singapore

Can a business in Singapore actually use LekhaPro's real estate CRM?

Yes, for operations. Project → tower → floor → unit inventory, a booking desk with atomic unit status, and an instalment engine that reconciles to the paise. It runs in any browser on the Cloud edition. What it will not do in Singapore is your statutory filing: LekhaPro implements Indian GST, not Singapore GST (IRAS) and InvoiceNow. Most businesses outside India run it alongside a local filing tool rather than instead of one.

Does LekhaPro file Singapore GST (IRAS) and InvoiceNow?

No, and it is worth being plain about it: LekhaPro's tax engine is built for Indian GST. It does not calculate or submit Singapore GST (IRAS) and InvoiceNow. Everything above the tax line — the real estate CRM, the documents, the reporting — works normally.

What currency will my documents be in?

You can record SGD, but be aware of a real limitation: LekhaPro currently ships display profiles for INR, USD, EUR, GBP and AED only. A SGD amount is stored correctly and formatted with the rupee profile, so the symbol and digit grouping will read as Indian until a SGD profile is added.

Is there a payroll or HR module for Singapore?

No. Payroll and HRMS are not built — not for India and not anywhere else. Salaries and staff costs are recorded as ordinary expense vouchers and post to the ledger like any other payment.
