Manufacturing ERP Software in the Philippines

Work centres, multi-level BOMs, a deterministic MRP explosion and actual-vs-standard cost variance on every order. For a plant in the PhilippinesVAT administered by the Bureau of Internal Revenue.

What applies in the Philippines

The manufacturing ERP software runs in the Philippines exactly as it does anywhere else — it is browser-based on the Cloud edition and nothing in it is specific to one country's tax code.

What does not travel is the statutory layer. LekhaPro files Indian GST returns; it does not compute, file or e-invoice under Philippine VAT and BIR reporting. Businesses in the Philippines run it as an operations system and keep filing where they file today.

Amounts can be recorded in PHP, but note the limit below — LekhaPro ships display formats for INR, USD, EUR, GBP and AED only, so PHP totals currently render with the rupee format.

What a plant in the Philippines gets

  • Work centres, machines, routings and multi-level BOMs
  • Deterministic MRP explosion — scrap-aware netting, make/buy
  • Production orders → work orders → material issues → close
  • Production planning and demand planning ahead of the MRP run
  • Actual-vs-standard cost variance on every order

Every capability above is the same one described on the Manufacturing ERP feature page — this page adds where it applies, not what it does. Compare the Desktop and Cloud editions, or see pricing.

What it does not do in the Philippines

  • No Philippine VAT and BIR reporting support. LekhaPro does not compute, file or e-invoice under it, and there is no roadmap commitment to. Statutory filing in the Philippines stays with your existing provider.
  • PHP has no display profile yet. LekhaPro ships INR, USD, EUR, GBP and AED; other currencies are stored but formatted with the rupee profile.
  • This module ends in an invoice, so the boundary above is felt immediately rather than in the background — you will raise documents here and file them elsewhere.
  • No payroll or HRMS. Neither is built, in any market. Staff costs are recorded as ordinary expense vouchers.
  • The native mobile app does not exist. Field screens are responsive web, not an installed app.

Questions from the Philippines

Can a business in the Philippines actually use LekhaPro's manufacturing ERP software?

Yes, for operations. Work centres, multi-level BOMs, a deterministic MRP explosion and actual-vs-standard cost variance on every order. It runs in any browser on the Cloud edition. What it will not do in the Philippines is your statutory filing: LekhaPro implements Indian GST, not Philippine VAT and BIR reporting. Most businesses outside India run it alongside a local filing tool rather than instead of one.

Does LekhaPro file Philippine VAT and BIR reporting?

No, and it is worth being plain about it: LekhaPro's tax engine is built for Indian GST. It does not calculate or submit Philippine VAT and BIR reporting. Everything above the tax line — the manufacturing ERP software, the documents, the reporting — works normally.

What currency will my documents be in?

You can record PHP, but be aware of a real limitation: LekhaPro currently ships display profiles for INR, USD, EUR, GBP and AED only. A PHP amount is stored correctly and formatted with the rupee profile, so the symbol and digit grouping will read as Indian until a PHP profile is added.

Is there a payroll or HR module for the Philippines?

No. Payroll and HRMS are not built — not for India and not anywhere else. Salaries and staff costs are recorded as ordinary expense vouchers and post to the ledger like any other payment.
