What applies in Indonesia

The contract management software runs in Indonesia exactly as it does anywhere else — it is browser-based on the Cloud edition and nothing in it is specific to one country's tax code.

What does not travel is the statutory layer. LekhaPro files Indian GST returns; it does not compute, file or e-invoice under Indonesian PPN and e-Faktur. Businesses in Indonesia run it as an operations system and keep filing where they file today.

Amounts can be recorded in IDR, but note the limit below — LekhaPro ships display formats for INR, USD, EUR, GBP and AED only, so IDR totals currently render with the rupee format.

What it does not do in Indonesia

  • No Indonesian PPN and e-Faktur support. LekhaPro does not compute, file or e-invoice under it, and there is no roadmap commitment to. Statutory filing in Indonesia stays with your existing provider.
  • IDR has no display profile yet. LekhaPro ships INR, USD, EUR, GBP and AED; other currencies are stored but formatted with the rupee profile.
  • No payroll or HRMS. Neither is built, in any market. Staff costs are recorded as ordinary expense vouchers.
  • The native mobile app does not exist. Field screens are responsive web, not an installed app.

Can a business in Indonesia actually use LekhaPro's contract management software?

What it will not do in Indonesia is your statutory filing: LekhaPro implements Indian GST, not Indonesian PPN and e-Faktur. Most businesses outside India run it alongside a local filing tool rather than instead of one.

Does LekhaPro file Indonesian PPN and e-Faktur?

No, and it is worth being plain about it: LekhaPro's tax engine is built for Indian GST. It does not calculate or submit Indonesian PPN and e-Faktur. Everything above the tax line — the contract management software, the documents, the reporting — works normally.

What currency will my documents be in?

You can record IDR, but be aware of a real limitation: LekhaPro currently ships display profiles for INR, USD, EUR, GBP and AED only. A IDR amount is stored correctly and formatted with the rupee profile, so the symbol and digit grouping will read as Indian until a IDR profile is added.

Is there a payroll or HR module for Indonesia?

No. Payroll and HRMS are not built — not for India and not anywhere else. Salaries and staff costs are recorded as ordinary expense vouchers and post to the ledger like any other payment.
